Return Policy

When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If you are not satisfied with the order you receive please send us an email within 7 days using the 'Contact' button on every page and include the following information:

Name
Product To Be Returned
Shipping Address
Billing Address
Reason for Return
Email Address
Daytime Phone Number

We will then e-mail you a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the product, we will exchange the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. All products must be returned in unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. so as to insure full credit.

NOTE: We advise that when shipping product back, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.

Return Policy

Items may be returned for exchange only. Personalized, signed or custom made items can not be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a production error on our part.
