Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: We will customize your order to your specifications. Give
us a picture of a favorite old leather item and we will make every
attempt to replicate it.
Q: Can you repair leather items?
A: We can make repairs to hand bags, belts, brief cases, luggage and
most leather items..
Q: What forms of payment do you
accept?
A: We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
We also have PayPal as a payment option and accept money orders. We
do not however accept personal checks.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We will not, under most circumstances, accept items for return.
This includes any personalized items or custom orders. The
only exception is an error on our part. See our

Q: Is my personal information safe when I make a purchase?
A: We use a secure server when processing your payment which
encrypts all information sent to and from our shopping cart.
